The role of a Windows Systems Administrator is to serve as the technical support for all system issues. The position offers a unique opportunity for development of skills in leading technology to support program needs.
Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk on incidents related to the Desktop solution.
Works directly with Senior System Administrators, Vendors, and Engineers on improvements.
Support processes to help with the reduction of incident outage times.
Compliance with policies and procedures including DoD STIG requirements.
Receive On‐the‐Job training from staff, as needed.
Maintain documentation of all processes associated with administration of the technical solution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
